The News Raiders' running back Darren McFadden has been ruled out of the team's Week 7 game with his knee injury, according to the Contra Costa Times. Our View McFadden will be inactive again this week, so Mike Bush and Justin Fargas will carry the load again. Bush took a shot to the head last week, allowing Fargas to get a majority of the carries in their win over the Eagles. If Bush continues to suffer from the effects of the shot, Fargas will likely be the main option again.

The News Raiders Week 1 inactives: TE Brandon Myers, WR Chaz Schilens, WR Javon Walker, RB Justin Fargas, OT Khalif Barnes, WR Nick Miller, OL Paul McQuistan. Our View Darren McFadden will handle the bulk of the workload in the Raiders' ground attack with Fargas out with a hamstring injury. Johnnie Lee Higgins will serve as the primary return man on special teams with Justin Miller inactive. Schilens was a standout in training camp, but will be forced to miss the season opener while recovering from a broken foot.
