Arizona Cardinals
Kurt Warner (concussion) is questionable and he split reps with Matt Leinart this week in practice.

Atlanta Falcons
Matt Ryan (turf toe) will miss this Sunday’s game against the Eagles. Michael Turner and Michael Jenkins are nursing ankle injuries. Neither one practiced on Thursday and both are questionable at this point.

Baltimore Ravens
Joe Flacco (ankle) is expected to play.

Carolina Panthers
DeAngelo Williams (ankle) did not practice again on Thursday and is a game-time decision. Jonathan Stewart (Achilles) did practice and should play. Jake Delhomme has a broken finger on his throwing hand is questionable.

Chicago Bears
No significant fantasy injuries.

Cincinnati Bengals
Cedric Benson (hip) will play this week. Laveranues Coles (chest) was limited in practice this week and is questionable.

Cleveland Browns
Jamal Lewis (post concussion symptoms) was placed on IR.

Dallas Cowboys
Tony Romo (back) and Jason Witten (foot) practiced all week and are good to go.

Denver Broncos

No significant fantasy injuries.

Detroit Lions
Matthew Stafford (shoulder) and Calvin Johnson (knee) are expected to play on Sunday.

Green Bay Packers
Aaron Rodgers (ribs) and Ryan Grant (shoulder) are both listed as probable and should play this week.

Houston Texans
Steve Slaton (neck) was limited in practice this week and is listed as questionable.

Indianapolis Colts
No significant fantasy injuries.

Jacksonville Jaguars
Mike Sims-Walker (knee) was upgraded to probable and is expected to play.

Kansas City Chiefs
No significant fantasy injuries.

Miami Dolphins
No significant fantasy injuries.

Minnesota Vikings
Both Chester Taylor and Visanthe Shiancoe were limited in practice this week with rib injuries and are listed as questionable.

New England Patriots
Fred Taylor (ankle) will not play this week.

New Orleans Saints
Jeremy Shockey (elbow) was limited in practice this week, but he should play. Reggie Bush was limited as well and is listed as questionable.

New York Giants
Ahmad Bradshaw (ankles/foot) has not been cleared to play yet by team doctors, but he still could be on the field this Sunday.

Oakland Raiders
No significant fantasy injuries.

Philadelphia Eagles
Brian Westbrook (concussion) should be out another week or two. Brent Celek (thumb) practiced fully on Thursday so he’s expected to play.

Pittsburgh Steelers
Ben Roethlisberger (head) had no complications this week in practice, so expect him to be on the field on Sunday.

San Diego Chargers

No significant fantasy injuries.

San Francisco 49ers
No significant fantasy injuries.

Seattle Seahawks
Julius Jones (bruised lung) practiced all week, so he’ll play.

St. Louis Rams
Steven Jackson (back) did not practice on Thursday, but the team expects him to play.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Kellen Winslow (knee) was limited in practice and is questionable at this point.

Tennessee Titans
No significant fantasy injuries.

Washington Redskins
Clinton Portis (concussion) was cleared to practice, but he will not play this week. Jason Campbell is expected to play on Sunday after temporarily blacking out in the game against the Eagles last week.
