Posted by b in If you are a Pierre Thomas owner, the last few weeks have been a little difficult. First, Thomas tells the Times-Picayune:
I really want to play in the opener — but I don’t want to cause any more [MCL] damage. I don’t want to take a chance where I just play this game and don’t play out the season. I want to be smart about it.
Then we find out that the injury-worried Thomas suffered lacerations while chasing his dog. I wonder what running after dogs does for helping sprained MCL’s? Anyways, Pierre wants to clear this all up:
Sounds like he is ready to play.
